Why could my low beams not be working? 2002 honda civic LX. Replaced bulbs, checked fuses. What else can it be?

Did you use a test light on both sides of the fuses to make sure they had power there? Test at the bulbs for power? It may be a bad relay or a bad headlight switch.

The switch it self to turn them on could be faulty
