There are over 20,000 universities in the world, probably with at least a million different undergraduate degree courses. Nobody - and I mean NOBODY - is going to start listing all of them. Especially with the IB Diploma where most universities have few hard and fast rules about IB subjects and levels (SL/HL). You need to first figure out what you want to study, then where you want to study (as in, which country), and see a few universities' websites for entry requirements etc. details. If it then turns out that you can't study what you want, you can then decide whether you look for universities that would accept you, or rather change your career plans.
