Will eating 3 meals a day along with snacks cause me weight gain?

I have a BMI of 13 and I've been pushed to gain weight. Even though I don't want to gain, I've increased my food intake to about 700-800 calories. I never eat junk food and I don't eat chocolate.
I am worried because I'm beginning to feel the urge to eat more often, and I seem to get hungry quicker. So if I eat a normal 3 meals along with healthy snacks (without excersicing), will I keep gaining weight? How do I not worry about weighing myself and about gaining because I know that I should gain but I can't seem to stop worrying about losing weight.

700-800 calories is not enough , your body is going to go into starvation mode and you will gain weight if you dont eat enough calories.

I think that as society has lots of pressure and standards it makes us want to be skinnier. However, understanding that this is detrimental to one's health is a big step that you have taken. I would suggest you to just not think about the calories, and eat because it taste good. Don't think about weight gain, think about strength gain (if you also work out) and health gain. It would take some time but believing is what makes things happen.

All the best!
