How can I get rid of 3 feral cats after feeding them for almost a year?

there your cats now you've been feeding them for a year. You wont be getting rid of them.

That is your fault, you should not have started to feed them should you? if you can get them into cat carriers take them to a shelter.Or just stop feeding them, they will go to find food elsewhere.

I think it is best to love them as your pets and keep them. If you can't, maybe put food somewhere else so they would not go to your house.

Start leaving food further away, and then stop giving food completely.
