What Prison Sentence Should He Expect....?

Hello All, firstly I appreciate any help or replies to my question. To sum it up my brother was convicted for Fraud by False Representation' 3 years ago for a figure around 20k. He was sent to the Magistrates Court where he was sentenced to 18 weeks, where he served around 5 weeks then the remainder on an electronic tag.

Unfortunately 3 years later he has done a similar thing, yes it does seem he didnt learn first time round but he admits he wants the help now! This time we are talking around 8-9k. Although he admitted it and tried to come to an agreement with this employer they continued to involve the police. What sort of sentence could he expect this time? As its a second offence could they still deal with it at Magistrates rather than Crown? He has also received threatening texts from former colleagues, which I dont know if that makes any difference.

Again thanks for any help

I gave you a detailed answer to exactly the same question 4 days ago and I'm not repeating it. If you didn't like that answer, I know it was vague on how long the sentence is likely to be but nobody can be any more exact than that.

I understand that reason if I am honest! What do you think is likely to happen and what sort of sentence could he get?

He wants help because he understand he was caught again and is in trouble again is by bet. He was probably hoping that by saying he wanted help and reaching an agreement they wouldn't have the police involved and him get in trouble again. Although if he ACTUALLY gets help then he won't get in trouble after this.
