Do I have bed bugs??

I have been getting these small bumps that itch on my legs and a couple on my arms. I don t know when I m getting bit but they start itching randomly and I notice that they are there. I know they aren t mosquito bites because they are really small and I am rarely outside. I am too afraid to lift up my mattress because I m scared of what i might see. They only thing is that the bumps aren t in a row. The bumps are all spread out except for one little spot on my ankle. It is three bumps all really close together just not in a straight line. So I don t know what to think. Please help
