想問我想幫我個女改姓同名，但我想問如果我個女改左姓同名後，咁同前夫簽既離婚協議還有效嗎？離婚協議寫明只會給女兒(原有姓名)生活費直到18歲，如果前夫同意女兒更改姓名，但以此作為不給女兒生活費，我可以從法律追討嗎？
