What beeping noise on my cell phone when I'm talking to someone?

I checked my cell phone battery and volume. I'd possible someone tracking me or is it low bar or signal in the area that causes the cell phone to beep. Any guess comments below

My phone beeps when the battery needs a charge.

They could be receiving text messages or others calls while you are talking to them. Sometimes you can hear the beeps from their phones notifications.
