How often do you change your socks?

You should change in to clean socks every day and keep your feet clean as well to prevent getting all sorts of stinky foot fungus. If you do this and your feet still smell bad, you should put something like Odor Destroyer powder in your shoes too. You might want to try that anyway if your foot odor has been bad enough to make your shoes smell. Also taking extra zinc supplemenst is suppose to help with odors but I would be sure it doesn't interfere with any medications you may be taking. You definitely don't need coworkers noticing you have a bad odor. It's a good way to get fired in some work places. Good luck to you! ☺

Might be a good way to get fired. Most people change at least once a day. Wearing dirty ones all the time could lead to athlete's foot and other infections.

Oh my - you need to be putting on clean socks every day. But if you are wearing your socks a week at a time, you probably need to buy a new pair of shoes, or at least try putting new insoles in them.

Do not tell people your personal habits because it can be just in their heads and they are making things up but can prove the problem with your problematic habits. It is not a good practice to wear socks for a week, but people are people.

It all depends on how often I do my laundry. The more often the laundry is done the more often one can change one's socks.

Here normally I put on socks if going to a Government office. Before taking a flight, or if in a colder Country to keep my feet warm. times when I must wear shoes.But sandles with out socks is normal every day.

If you re a 15-25 year old male, apparently once a week is the norm. So try being different! Nobody likes a lemming - march to the beat of a different drum. In CLEAN socks. Now us chicks, we like to wear our flats with no socks. And that s even grosser than wearing the same socks for a week. Because our delicate little tootsies grow nasty bacteria too and instead of our socks getting stinky (but able to be washed), it s our SHOES that stink so bad that skunks get high. OP, if your coworkers are telling you that your feet smell like worm dirt, they are actually complimenting you, worm dirt is fresh and clean. I think they re actually saying "you smell makes their eyes hurt"
