Which is better the hospital or your primary doctor ?

depends on the situation. for an emergency, you go straight to the hospital.
for something else, you go to the doctor.
if the doctor can treat it in an office visit, he does.
if he needs to refer you to a hospital, he does that.

Hospital (bigger hospital) they do more testing on-site and also are more likely to recommend and do more testing than a gp.

a GP is better trained than hospital drs. but livingin the uk there all good
