Is there a nest with baby birds in/around the garage?
If so, you may just need to tough it out until the protective parent is through guarding.
If there's not a nest, make your garage and yard a place where a bird does not want to be. You can get an owl decoy to put outside the garage, or look for bird-b-gone reflectors to hang there. To the crow, they look like predator eyes.
A noisemaker can help, too. Look for a device called a Thunder Tube. You can shake it to make a weird, amplified sound that repels many wildlife pests.
Be sure that trash is lidded and secured and there is nothing else to attract the crow. Your goal is to make your space less present and less rewarding for him! If you succeed, he'll move on along and be a neighbor's problem!
