Can you paint plastic lawn furniture with exterior latex paint?

I know about the plastic fusion paint in a spray can, but they do not make the color I need which is Clark & Kensingtons Plumeria to match my shutters and home details. Can I use some of the exterior latex I have left in that color to paint plastic chairs and a table? It will be kept on a screened in porch not out in the weather.

You can, but it's going to be an ongoing maintenance. It will flake off after a while. I have seen people do it. I would say it usually looks good for about one season. If you don;t mind painting, and really want that color to match, sure. You probably want to run over the furniture with some fine wet sand paper before applying it.
Being screened in, it will probably last longer than I said, but, regular latex is not going to adhere real well to plastic. A good dulling with some 220 grit wet sand paper will help a lot

Yes, but don't expect it to stay on very long. Might even start coming off the first time it got wet.
