So let's say bob and his friend Jenny are driving.Bob has a head start of 35 miles traveling west at 55 mph.Jenny,on the other hand,only has a head start of 10 miles while driving south at 65 mph.When will they reach the same distance?How do I set up an equation for solving this problem?Please answer ASAP so I could keep studying for a test tomorrow.thanks in advance!!

35 + 55t = 10 + 65 t
25 = 10t
t = 2.5 hrs

After t hours, Bob has driven 55t + 35 miles, and Jenny has driven 65t miles, so we havve:
65t = 55t + 35
65t - 55t = 35
10t = 35
t = 35/10
t = 3.5

55t+35=65t+10
10t=25; t=2.5 hours
