I keep on getting nosebleeds. Only small ones but it's all the time. Why and how is this happening and any ways I can stop them?

See a doctor, for heaven's sake. There are fixes, but you need to be checked out for possible bleeding disorders.

i had the same problem and went and saw my doctor and had them fix it

Humidity, or picking your nose, or an inflamed blood vessel.
