how to snore?

I want to learn how to snore. I feel like it's a right of passage from young adult to adult. My dad does it and apparently men do it all the time and I don't which makes me think I'm not a man. People are always trying to find ways to stop snoring or to snore less but I'm that weird nut job that wants to snore. is there some way to do that. can someone teach me how to snore, is there a book on snoring or is it something you just do. this is crazy, I know but this is who I am... I ask weird and random questions like this one. I've seen people snore on TV and I want to be like those people because let's be honest I'll never be famous. so what's the key to snoring, is there a key to snoring. I keep searching online about how to snore but it's all about snoring less or how to stop snoring and that's not what I'm looking for, i'm looking for the exact opposite. can someone help a brother out!!

Snoring is caused by your soft palette interfering with normal breathing. It isn't a "skill," it's a physiological defect.

To fake snore, you put the back of your tongue against the rearward roof of your mouth, and breathe in. There should be some resistance from having the airway blocked, but if you suck in air hard enough you'll get that noise.

Snoring is caused by a narrowing of the upper airway during sleep. This can be due to large tonsils, a soft palate, a long uvula or excessive flabby tissue at the throat. All of these areas relax during sleep.

Snoring is a warning sign that one or more of your body's systems is out of balance. Snoring has been linked to sleep apnea, heart disease and high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, stroke, insomnia and poly urea.

Snoring also annoys neighbors.

Do yourself a favor, don't snore.

afaik, it's impossible to learn -- it requires that the tissues of the upper back throat be relaxed and that just doesn't happen in young folk
參考: grampa -- btw, all adults snore -- women included. it's bad when the guy behind you on the couch wakes you up with his snoring ... and there's no one there.

If you don't want your significant other to punch you in the face in your sleep, or become very irritable due to lack of sleep, then I suggest you stop trying

How do you know that you don't ALREADY snore in your sleep?

Unless you sleep in the same bed, next to the same person for several weeks, there is one who would hear you snoring.
Not only that - you change your position in your sleep. Many people who snore only snore when they are lying on their back or on their side - not when they are lying on their stomach.

I suppose you could set up a tape recorder beside your bed at night, and see if it records you snoring while you are asleep.
