I'm a 13 year old boy, about to turn 14 in 12 days. I always check my weight every day in the morning and at night. I always weighed 110 pounds. It was also 110 pounds yesterday. Today, I checked my weight, and it was 116. I got extremely shocked because my weight shot up so much. How did this occur? The foods I ate yesterday were:
-A spicy chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A.
-4 small boiled potatoes.
-A blueberry muffin.
-A white peach.
-A cup of lettuce. (No salad dressing.)
-A cup of waffle potato fries from Chick-Fil-A.
-A cup of cold chocolate. (Iced Hot Chocolate.)
How did I gain so much weight suddenly when I never did before?
