When will my first months rent be due?

You will pay the prorated amount the day you move in for the rest of Sept. Then on Oct. 1st you will pay Octobers full rent amount.

"prorated rent for that week" so yu pay one week, then 1st Oct you pay 1 months rent, 1 Nov you pay the next months rent and so on

Call whoever you are renting the apt from and ask. They might make you pay the last week of Sept and the month of Oct all at once, before you move in.

That will be included on your rental agreement, of which you will get a copy when you sign the lease. If you need to know right now, call the landlord and ask.

if you are paying a pro rated amount of the last week of Sept, it would be normal the rent is due the 1s of every month
most rentals are, I personally let my tenant choose the date they are going to have the money to pay the rent and they occupy the space from that day on

Your rent is due on the 1st of each month, according to your lease or no lease. You have to pay rent for October on Oct. 1.

You will pay for that week before you move in I would think. Take the number of days in the month and divide that into your entire month's rent for daily rate and then multiply that by the number of days you will be in the apartment. That's prorating. They may also want the entire next months rent. Just call and ask when they expect what.
