Why don't western young generation think that when they will get old - they will also be thrown in old houses by their children?

Most people aren't. And even fewer against their will. Retirement homes require a lot of different factors to come together. Usually the person going to one has some medical condition where immediate care needs to be available, or are otherwise too frail to care for themselves. And the family has to be rich enough to afford to send them to a home but too poor to use other options. And even then, most families where someone is able to take care of them will choose that rout instead. My parents and I spent 6 years living in my grandmother's house to take care of her. And she lived nearly 3,000 miles from where we were living at the time. My father had to put in to be transferred to a post in Maine and everything.

When you play POKEMON, nothing matters.

They cant afford to change anything without giving up all laziness which is kind of a lot to expect because I don't think any generation has ever not been lazy and this generation is lazy too and poorer and more distracted than ever.
