Would you enter a relationship with someone who admitted they were a cheater in the past?

Lets say before you got together they'd admitted they'd cheated on their ex's but they claim they've changed. Would you give them a chance or not want to risk it?

Yes I would, no two relationships are ever the same and what is the point of learning from your mistakes if you are not given a chance to show that you have?
