What is wrong with my ex boyfriend ?

Is he mentally sick or what is wrong with him! I dated him for three years and he cheated on me by sleeping with a prostitute I found out because he recorded her and saw the video! He doesn't admit it's him then later on I see he is searching for prostitues AGAIN! We then break up and he starts going to strip clubs , and I confront him about it and he says he sees nothing wrong with that! What is wrong with him!!
