Calories in 1/2 cup Sugar free Jello if the serving size is 1/4 cup?

Look at the number of calories on the nutrition facts. Pull out a calculator if you need to and put:
[# of calories] x 2 =
This will be the number of calories in a half cup. One half cup is the exact same as two quarter cups.

Duh. Take the calories per serving from the label, and multiply by 2.
