我申請特區護照之後，張收據擺左係銀包，但我跌左銀包，連身份證回鄉證都跌埋，我本特區護照又無舊證，係首次申請，請問我應該點做？我係咪要補領左身份證先？咁補領身份證之後用果張收據去拎證？定係要等拎返張新既身份證之後先拎到特區護照？

1. File a police report and notify the Immigration Department first.
2. Your choice.
3-4. The Passport has your photo. If it is allowed, the Department will release the Passport to you, no matter if you have your ID or receipt or not.
