Annoying Neighbor?

So I just recently moved into an apartment, and it's VERY nice. We had a nice apartment in a sort of secluded area of the apartment. It was very peaceful. Until, our upstairs neighbors moved in. The first day they moved in, they had tons of furniture, and stomping and yelling went on all day. We were fine with it, because it's just moving day. We understood. But for the past 2 weeks, their little 4 year old son runs around their apartment NON STOP. Banging, thrashing, stomping. He's even doing it as I'm typing this. I've seriously considered writing an anonymous note and slipping it under their door. Me and my parents have been driven CRAZY by it. Any advice?

It's a four year old kid. As long as it's not in the middle of the night, it's considered normal living noise. If it bothers you that much, then it might be time to move.

you could leave a note on there door or go to there door and nicely ask them to calm there kid down

Invite one of your neighbors over while the child is still upstairs. This will allow them to hear the noise first hand and be better able to be sensitive to the issue when you bring it up. What ever you don't cowardly leave an anonymous note. Be neighborly, not adversarial.
