My PayPal account is permanently limited! Help!?

Idk why but PayPal limited my account after selling somethingon eBay. They just needed more information about the sale so i provided it which was all good. Ten minutes later I logged back in and it said that my account has been limited permanently. I have $600 dollars locked in that account which I want access to. What should I do? These guys are ******* scammers.

Are you sure the email you got was not a phishing scan and you logged in to a fake "paypal"??
If you did, you gave away your login & password etc.
Contact paypal directly and ask them what the problem is; they are the only ones who know.
They are effectively a bank, so bound by very strict regulations - you need to read and follow the rules to keep the account working properly.
