What graphics card upgrade would be appropriate for this pc?

i have a Dell Inspiron 3847 with an i5 quad core 3.2GHz processor, 8 Gigs of RAM and integraded Intel HD 4400 Graphics. i can already run GTAV on LOW, but who wants to stay there? i believe my power supply is 300W? i'm wondering which would be the best disregarding price and which would also be a good solid cheap option.

Hard to say without looking at the internals, but I'd go with a Radeon RX 460. Powerful little bugger that doesn't need a dedicated PCI-Express power source, low power draw, but will enable you to play any new game at 1080p resolution with mid-to-high detail. Just double-check to make sure you have a PCI-E port available.

EVGA 02G-P3-1568-KR GeForce GTX 560 Ti is a card you can use.
A 750W PSU is recommended.
