can I do my internship in Australia/ NZ for my second or third year degree if im not an Aussie pr or a US citizen?

if you could link me to any reputable firm that offers such internships, that would be great. Paid internships would be an added bonus

Nope - you'd need a work visa to do an internship in another country, and internships don't qualify for work visas...
