當"所在地點"重於"場地之中"的時候 適用"at",而不用"in".

When you say where somebody works or studies, you use the preposition "at". (see Oxford dictionary).
example:
He's been "at "the bank longer than anyone else.
She's "at" Yale University.

at a place的意思是指主體的性質，例如這句的用意是表達他工作的性質是"工廠"而不是指"這工廠廠房"的"內部"地方。
假如句子的重點想說他的職責是工廠或這生產線的某種工序而這工序/車間是在這工廠裏的一部份，便會寫成in。

另外講年紀可以有不同的表達用詞。
