Is there anyway how to get an Ebay account without using a Credit Card or a PayPal. Just by Money and Checks?

That is a great question. It is possible to buy on ebay with a check or cash, but it would be difficult, and impossible to sell on ebay without a paypal account.
If you buy on ebay you would bid and when your bid is accepted you would send a check to the seller and he would ship the item to you and also notify ebay that the transaction was complete. If the seller failed to convince ebay that the item was paid for, it would get pretty messy.

You cannot pay by check, pay pal is the best way to pay, i have never had any trouble.
