Hang less around people who make you feel like you're not good enough and try to avoid the negative situations you would've encounted during your manifestation. Other than that you already know you've achieved what you once had so positivity and simply believing you're still the same person should be enough.
I had the same issue and it wasn't something I could recover instantly. I spent a lot of time alone and went travelling which put me in my happy zone and before I new it I was back at it extremely hyperactive and loud.
