My dream is to know how to crack codes and secret messages and build an impossible encryption programme but im unsure of what subjes I must be good at or what math is involved.
I have a math book at home and its devided into chapters like Algebra 1, 2 ,3, Statistics, triganometry, compleex numbers, probability etc but wwhich chapers should I spend the most time learning

Those chapters in your books on abstract algebra, group theory, number theory, real and complex analysis, topology and the mathematics of computation. It doesn't hurt to prove Fermat's last theorem, either.
