is it easy to get out of a partnership?

the doctor's office i work for partnered with a bigger company. the executive director told me the doctor's lawyer dissed him and didn't inform him about any changes.

the technician told me that the doctor signed the contract without reading it and that the lawyer also needs to read the contract.

is the doctor going to be able to get out???

the executive director also told me the way the office is set isn't the company's way and we can't bill inhouse because the doctor needed to fill out a medicare form which he gave to his lawyer.

is the doctor going to be able to get out?

am i still an employee of the doctor or am i now an employee of the new company since they do the payroll and provided me scrubs with the company's name???
