想問下我夠唔夠資格申請居屋 月入$10260 係公屋住戶(唔係屋主) 28歲 居屋需要幾分嗎?個人身份申請，會否影響屋企人住公屋的資格嗎?(會否要搬出公屋單位)。申請居屋大約要等多久才上到樓?如果同女朋友一起申會否比個人申請快?唔該！?

1.申請居屋只有入息上限而沒有下限，但以閣下入息，就算抽中都應做不到按揭，因銀行會質疑還款能力；2.申請居屋不需計分，是由電腦抽簽的；3.公屋住戶申請居屋需要從公屋除名並以白表申請，這是有機會影響家入要遷往較細單位；4.居屋只接受以整個家庭或個別兄弟姊妹身份組合的申請，以朋友關係申請是不符合資格的；
