PLEASE HELP ME???!!?

I have h pylori and I forgot to take my medicine yesterday. I was supposed to take it 2 times yesterday in morning and night and I totally forgot! Now I woke up with bad stomach growling and when I mean bad, I mean my stomach was seriously yelling! I woke up burping a lot and my stomach won't stop growling. It's really bad and it's so loud I can feel it and I can't sleep! What should I do? I am really scared. I tried going number 2 but nothing will come out!! Please help me?
