Yes. All liquor is gluten free, even whiskey. All liquor is distilled from alcohol vapor, gluten is not water-soluble an can not vaporize. So even if the mash is full of gluten, none of it will make it into the actual liquor. This is only for distilled beverages obviously, so something like beer will not be gluten free.
