Guys are just like that sometimes, he probably thinks you're cute and acts like a dumbass since he doesn't know how to talk to cute girls correctly lol.

How many times are you going to ask this? You've been droning on and on about this creep for months... listen... wake up.... this is just a sleazy saddo making himself feel good by flirting with a girl who plainly loves attention.
