Ladies what would you do in this situation with your boyfrind?

My boyfrined went back on FB after a couple of months off it because i was upset he was adding a load of sexy random woman, i was off it too, but i was getting really paranoid and knew somthing was up so i re-activated my FB and say he's added a load of sexy young woman (as well as mates and i dont mind him having his mates on there and talking to them) im just angry he's adding these sexy young girls i doubt he even know.. anyway yesturday it said he was in a relaionship and there was a pic on me on his FB page BUT THIS MORNING it said he's single and the pictures gone....i found this out after we had sex this morning. HE says he never changed it and after me arguing with him saying im not stupid he MUST of changed it he said mayne he changed it by accident when he was changing something else.....hes now deleted FB again saying he cant be arsed and cant be arsed talking about it anymore....what would you woman do in this situation??? please help me.
