I'm a 17 year old male , I have been smoking weed for many years
In 2014 I was still smoking a lot & in the summer that year I started to gain weight so I stated jogging & eating good
I did lose some fat & I felt good
Now it's 2016 & I have to start jogging once again
But I always wanted to know if smoking regularly ruins your performance when jogging?
I can jog 2 miles & I jog 2 miles everyday of the week in the morning & I eat good
Can you lose weight,body fat,face fat chin fat all of that while smoking (weed) & still taking on Jogging & good diet?
