Im a felon who needs a job. What do i do?

There are many employers and "2nd chance" programs that hire people with records. I'm not sure exactly where to direct you, but a quick internet search should turn up plenty of possibilities.

There are actually a lot of companies that will hire you - but you must be upfront about it.

I suggest you be upfront about your past when you first apply explaining your conviction, taking full responsibility, but explaining it in a way that it is part of your irresponsible past pointing out the how you have become a mature responsible citizen today. And if you can really sell it so tiny violins will play in their ears, you can get the job.

Being upfront shows integrity.
