There's no harm in working out before breakfast, but the energy from food would give you a better and more productive workout. It's best to work out an hour after eating. A banana alone provides enough energy for a 90 minute workout!
PS If you're trying to lose weight, cut out redbull, gatorade and any other sugary "faux-healthy" drinks. It's nothing but additives and empty calories. Water is enough to keep you hydrated.
