When steady state is reached, there is no current through all capacitors. Current can only flow through the resistors and produces voltage across each of them.

Since the three resistors are in series, total resistance = (30 + 20 + 110) ohms = 160 ohms

Hence, current delivered by the source
= 80/160 A = 0.5 A

Voltage across the 20-ohm resistor
V(20) = 0.5 x 20 v = 10 v
Voltage across the 110-ohm resistor
V(110) = 0.5 x 110 v = 55 v

Now, voltage across capacitor C3 equals to voltage across 110-ohm resistor because the two are connected in parallel.
Thus, V(c3) = 55 v

Voltage across capacitor C2 equals to voltage across 20-ohm resistor because the two are connected in parallel.
Thus V(c2) = 10 v

Voltage across capacitor C1 equals to sum of voltages across C2 and C3 (also equals to sum of voltages across 20-ohm and 110-ohm resistors).
Thus V(c1) = (55 + 10) v = 65 v
