How can my 18 year old friend survive without her parents. Her family wont take her in?

I live in america and so does my friend she is 18 her mother and father are now both dead and shes losing the house her family will not take her in (wonder family i know) What can she do she will have no where to go please help beacuse i dont want her to end up on the streets. Even if she had a fulltime job she wouldnt be able to afford the house.

i used to work in resorts and id see them take in the homeless people and put them to work and give them a place to stay and food, another thing ive done since ive been out of work is go back to school, that way i get to live on financial aid when i cant get a job

She needs to get a job and find a place to live that she can afford. If she wants to keep the house, perhaps she could take in roommates? Did she not get life insurance money to help with the expenses?

She needs to find board somewhere, possibly with an older woman. Make sure she understands that she needs to fit in with them in their house and follow their rules. She needs to be able to help them and not be a tie to them.

she doesn't need to be able to pay for the house her family lived in...? tell her to rent an apartment?
