Let n, (n + 2) and (n + 4) be the three consecutive odd integers.

7n + 2(n + 4) = -91
7n + 2n + 8 = -91
9n = -99
n = -11
n + 2 = -9
n + 4 = -7

The three consecutive odd integers are -11, -9 and -7.

Let these 3 be
2k+1, 2k+3, 2k+5

7(2k+1) + 2(2k+5) = -91
14k+7+4k+10 = -91
18k + 17 = -91

18k = -108
k = -108/18 = -6

2k+1 = -11
2k+3 = -9
2k+5 = -7

-11,-9,-7
