Im thinking about getting this Female German Shepherd, but is it purebred? Email for picture it didn't want to upload Answer when you email.?

A pure bred dog should have a certificate proving it. In the UK it's a Kennel Club certificate, not sure what the equivalent is in other countries.
If there's no documentation it's possibly not a pure bred, however two of our pugs are pure bred but we just didn't bother registering them as we had no intention of breeding or selling them.
If it's pedigreed it will have PAPERS. If they don't have AKC papers for it then it most likely isn't full bred and/or they didn't have right to breed its parents.
IF you don't get a certificate with the purchase of the dog, then it's not. But even if it;s not, don't elt that discourage from the dog. Mixed breeds are generally healthier than purebreds; fewer genetic weaknesses.
