Use eq: E= hv=nhc/wavelength
E=( 10^-4)x 6.022 x 10^ 22*(6.626 x 10^ -34)*3 x 10^8/(5890 x 10^-10)
= Solve it and divide by 1000 to get answer in kilojoule.

5890 Å = 203.1 kJ/mole

(203.1 kJ/mol) x (1.0 x 10^-4 mol) = 0.02031 kJ
