Yahoo email can't forward images/pics.?

Switching to Basic Mail may help if you cannot send mail using full featured mail. Go to Settings under the gear, Viewing email tab and get Basic Mail at the bottom of the next screen.

I have no problem forwarding pictures and attachments. You just need to know the proper procedure.
