Wedding menu?

The scallion pancake seems a bit out of place. They are good but nothing seems to go with them on your menu.
I would do the Chowder or the Bisque not both
The boiled chicken with prunes and jalapeno sounds a bit odd, I would never think of putting that together.
I would offer another salad other than a curry salad. Unless many of your friends like curry it is a niche taste.
I would rethink the prune, apricot and raisin sweet potatoes. Overly sweet and many people will not eat prunes.
Cheddar tends to get greasy when melted then turns hard again. I would grate the cheese and mix it into the crust as a portion of the fat used in making the crust.
