I want to block a very insistant e-mail from guy I hate so much!!!?

Add him to blocked sender list. Any e-mail service should have the option.

Add him to the block sender list in the email program. Usually you can right click on the email on the screen that list all your emails and there is an option there to block the sender.

Look up how the block someone on your email setup and why do you hate him so much ?
