What is the IUPAC name for a chain of 6 carbons with NH2 on the second carbon and a benzene ring on what I'm assuming is the fourth carbon?

The condensed structural formula of the compound is shown below :

The principal function group -NH₂ at position 2 is named as a suffix -2-amine.
The benzene ring at position 4 is named as a prefix phenyl.

The IUPAC name of the compound is :
4-phenyl-hexan-2-amine (British)
OR 4-phenyl-2-hexanamine (US)

====
Note :

-NH₂ can be used as a principal function group and named as a suffix - amine. For example, the IUPAC name of CH₃-CH₂-NH₂ is ethanamine (the name ethylamine is also accepted).

If there is a principal function group other than -NH₂, -NH₂ is named as a prefix amino-. For example, the IUPAC name of CH₃-CH(NH₂)-COOH is 2-aminopropanoic acid.
