That sounds like a migraine. You should stay in a dark, quiet room. Take ibuprofen or tylenol, any pain killers you have. If you feel nauseous, don't drink water. If you have almonds, eat them because almonds help with migraines. Try meditation, and DO NOT watch any TV or listen to music, it will only worsen your condition. If your migraine continues to bother you for more than a day or two straight, go see a doctor because it could be more than a headache.
