the problem is 3-12 divided by 4.
the rules said: DO ALL MULITIPLICATIONS AND DIVISIONS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT && DO ALL ADDITIONS AND SUBRTACTIONS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT.
but then, there's PEMDAS (order of operations)
So if i subtract FIRST from left to right im breakign rules of operations. please some explain. do i divide first or subtract?
please solve 3-12/4?

You're right, subtracting first would be wrong, as the instructions (and BEDMAS) say to do multiplication and division before addition and subtraction.
First, divide 12 by 4, which yields 3. Then subtract 3 - 3 to get 0.

There is only one subtraction, and you do it left to right, but the division still comes first.
3 - 3 = 0
3 - 3 = 0
